Cancellation Policy

All sessions with Tanika Evans Leadership Firm are by appointment only and must be booked in advance through the online scheduling system. An Introductory Discovery Session is required before booking ongoing services. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Once a session is scheduled, your time is reserved exclusively for you. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to respect previously scheduled appointments. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. All sessions are intended for individuals who are serious about seeking God and committed to personal, spiritual, and leadership transformation. Cancellations Clients may cancel a scheduled session at least 12 hours in advance of the appointment time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule a session must be made no later than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within the 12-hour window are subject to availability and may be treated as a late cancellation. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show. - No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. - Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future sessions. Late Arrivals If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened to accommodate the schedule. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time, and full payment will apply. Acknowledgment By booking a session with Tanika Evans Leadership Firm, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy.
